Yesterday, I delivered ten tablets to (my old primary school) as part of my ongoing efforts to get devices to the most disadvantaged students in our community and address the digital divide locally.
It was a pleasure to head to Streatham Hill last weekend for the Friends of Hillside Gardens annual sports day and a tour of the beautiful allotment.
Public leisure facilities play a vital role in supporting local communities but long closures during lockdown have taken their toll. Exercise should be affordable and accessible for all.

It was great to catch up with the team at Streatham Space Project today, which will be opening its doors in September with social distancing in place.
Too many young people in Streatham have nowhere to go, nothing to do and no one to help them with their problems. Clubs like Hussein’s provide a vital community service, giving them something to do and somewhere to go.
