I joined kids and parents from charity Autism Voice alongside local councillor Marianna Masters for some half-term gardening fun. Railside Garden was founded in 2018 by Streatham Wells residents, who converted a disused patch of railway land between Wellfield Road and Gleneldon Road into the fantastic community green space we see there today.
During the pandemic we’ve seen how green spaces are vital for exercise, entertainment and escapism. I’m proud to support local efforts to create and maintain green spaces that our whole community can use and enjoy.
