The Nehemiah Project is an independent recovery charity which works with vulnerable adult men with a history of addiction. This month, I organised a pop-up surgery to help residents with a range of issues: from housing problems to council-related matters and the justice system. These kind of pressures only add to the threat of relapse. We have to create optimal conditions for people to recover.
