Will Our Government Protect Activists Sailing to Break Israel’s Siege?

During a Westminster Hall Debate on Humanitarian Access to the Occupied Palestinian Territories, I once again asked the government what it will do to protect those sailing to Gaza on the Global Sumud Flotilla to break Israel’s siege, including my constituents. The government’s first duty is to protect its citizens. Their ongoing silence suggests Israel’s ability to block aid is a greater priority than the safety of British citizens.
