It was special to be back at my old primary school, Holy Trinity Church of England Primary, for one of their Friday morning assemblies. It’s always great to give young constituents a chance to put me on the spot, asking some great questions about politics and representing our area. I also got to see the beautiful presentation Badger Class put together for Black History Month. It’s always refreshing to see teachers taking the lead and integrating Black history into their teaching.
