Every year, kids in our community get the chance to design my annual Christmas card, which goes out to thousands of people in Streatham, Brixton Hill, Clapham Common, Tulse Hill and Balham.

This year’s theme is Festive Streatham. I’ll be on the lookout for entries that capture the distinctive feel of Christmas in our constituency. Think about Christmas light displays and festive shop windows on Streatham High Road, a dusting of snow on Clapham Common, the Christmas Farmers’ Market in Balham, skating at Streatham ice rink, carols on our estates with Brixton Chamber Orchestra, or anything else that makes you think of Christmas in our community.

Open to anyone under the age of eighteen living in Streatham, entries can be hand-drawn or designed on a computer. I’ll be judging winners across several age categories and sharing my favourite designs on here as well as on my social media channels in the run-up to Christmas.

There’s a range of prizes on offer and the overall winner will go out to people across Streatham as my official Christmas card.

The deadline for entries is 5pm on Friday 16th December and you can submit these via email on bell.ribeiroaddy.mp@parliament.uk, on social media (be sure to tag me), or to my constituency office (218 Brixton Hill, SW2 1HE). If you’re posting an entry, make sure to post it nice and early!

Who can enter? Anyone under the age of 18, who lives in Streatham or goes to a school in the constituency.

How do I enter? Create your design and then send it to me by email, social media, or post (see above).

When’s the deadline? 5pm on Friday 16th of December.

What are the prizes? An array of prizes is available for each age category. The overall winner will have their design sent out to thousands of people in our constituency as well as local Labour members and other MPs.

I’m looking forwards to seeing everyone’s designs this year!
