I met with residents of Gwynne House this month, who have reported repeated difficulties with their lift. These have been causing them understandable inconvenience and concern for their health and safety. I wrote to Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing (MTVH) about the issues they were having. Funnily enough, after a long period of inaction, MTVH had managed to fix the lift by the time I went to investigate. I’ll continue to put pressure on local housing providers and contractors to deliver the standard of services that local residents deserve.
