March 21st marked one year since the spitting incident which may have led to the death of transport worker Belly Mujinga. I reiterated the family’s call for an inquest into her death and a full public inquiry into the circumstances surrounding her death. We need to find out what happened and how, so that we can prevent the same thing from ever happening again.
